MINUTES
Call to Order
The Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by the Chair. All Members and the Executive Director (ED) were present.
Minutes
The Minutes from December 6, 2010 were approved upon a motion by Ms. Couture and a second by Mr. Collier. 11-31
Reports
The Members reviewed the Disbursements/Financials through 12/31/10. The ED apprised the Members that getting the payment to Exxon on time isn’t feasible and that efforts to get more time from Exxon to turn over the bill couldn’t be done. As a result, the payment method will now be debited online and the bill/invoice will be in the payment folder for review and signature. Upon a motion by Ms. Couture and a second by Mr. Collier, the financial reports were unanimously approved.

The Septic Pump has been installed.
Adjournment
Ms. Twiss moved to adjourn at 6:00 p.m. This motion was seconded by Ms. Couture. All agreed and the motion carried. 11-33
