Call to Order
The Meeting was called to order by the Chair. Members Present: Julie Bakoian: Charles Collier; Ilene Twiss and Mr. Moreschi
Minutes
The Minutes of 8/1/2011 were approved upon a motion by Ms. Twiss and a second by Ms. Bakoian. 12-19
The Minutes of 9/12/2011 were approved upon a motion by Ms. Twiss and a second by Ms. Bakoian. 12-20
Reports
The Financials/Disbursements through 9/30/11 were reviewed, discussed, and approved upon a motion by Mr. Moreschi, a second by Ms. Twiss and a vote of 4 Ayes. 12-21
Approximately 80 applications were received for the Wait List Lottery
Joanne Graves, described by Mass NAHRO as a “Housing Legend”, passed away on 9/23. In honor of her 30+ years as a housing advocate, Ms. Twiss moved to donate $100.00 in her memory to the MassNAHRO Scholarship Fund. Ms. Bakoian seconded this motion, which carried unanimously, 12-22
The new Office Hours will be Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Unfinished Business
The Members discussed keeping the Maple Street property on the Agenda.
New Business
Ms. Twiss moved to open the 12/1/08 Executive Session Minutes. Ms. Bakoian seconded this motion. Motion carried unanimously. 12-23
The Grievance Panel Members were discussed. Mr. Moreschi moved to appoint Barbara Tilton as the Tenants’ Representative and Mary Tragert as the Tenants’ Alternate and to change the expiration date of all Panel Members to December 31, 2015. Ms. Twiss seconded this motion. The Chair declared this motion carried upon a Roll Call vote of 4 Ayes. 12-24

The Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m. upon a motion by Ms. Twiss and a second by Ms. Bakoian. 12-25
