Call to Order – Chairperson Houten called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.  Present: Mr. Cresta, Ms. Jones, Ms. Lindberg, Mr. Prentakis, and Town Administrator Mr. Singer.
Approval of Warrants - The Board approved Warrant # 1245, which consisted of the Payroll Warrant in the amount of $440,269 and the Vendor Warrant in the amount of $767,043.

Appointments to the Recreation Commission Summer Parks Program – The Board conducted a lottery for the Summer Parks and Recreation Program, selecting names from a list of applicants supplied by the Recreation Commission.  Those chosen where:  Allie Champlain, Jennifer Cardarelli, Kristine Marino as regular appointees and Rachel Afrow as an alternate for the Girls and Jake Jesi, Daniel Dempsey as regular appointees and Vincent Zingarelli as an alternate for the Boys.  Returning from the program last year will be Christopher Lawrence, Joshua Griffin, Molli Marshall and Karlene Santosuosso.

Special Honor - Kosta Prentakis made a motion and Chris Lindberg seconded it to name the Town Common, the “Henry A. Tragert Common” in honor of Henry and the tremendous service that he has given to the Town of Middleton for all these years.  Vote was unanimous.

Adjournment – Ms. Lindberg made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  All were in favor and the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
