7:30    Call to order
        Town Administrator

7:45     Preliminary Request to Consider Grant of On-Premises Liquor License, (for establishments without food  
             under MGL Chapter 138, Section 12) to Old Cuban Cigar Factory at 173 South Main Street, by  
            Attorney Jill Mann for Owner Paul  Giacolone.

8:05    Request for Street Name in 21 Lot East Meadow Subdivision off East Street
8:10     Interviews with Candidates for Appointment to By-law Study Committee
            Mr. Salvatore Sachetta
           Mr. Jeffrey Garber

          {Section 4 of the Middleton Town Charter provides,
           “It shall be the responsibility of the Board of Selectmen to insure, through an appointed By-law  
            Committee, that the By-laws of the Town shall be reviewed, codified, and republished at least every
            five years”}.
8:20     Review of General Schedule for Construction of Town Center and Town Common Improvements from  
            Bob LaBossiere, Public Works Superintendent.

8:25     Review of Fiscal Year End 2012 Budget Expenditures and Revenues
8:35     Recommendation of Candidate for Appointment of Assistant Treasurer-Collector by C.F.O.-Town  
            Accountant  Andrew Vanni, and Treasurer-Collector Donald Carter.    

8:45    Accept Anonymous Donation of Flag Poles to the Police Department under the Massachusetts Gift Act
           Accept Donation of Leahy Landscaping to the Police Department under the Massachusetts Gift Act.

8:50    New Business (May be reserved for topics that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate would be discussed.)

8:55     Executive Session under MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21, Subsection 3, “To Discuss Strategy with Respect to Litigation”.  The Board will not reopen in public session.
