7:45            Request by State Department of Agricultural Resources to Appoint Animal  
                        Inspector with Term of May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012.

7:50                 Receipt of Petition of Anthony Pacillo and 10 Registered Voters to Insert  
                        Amendment to Chapter 230 of the Town’s General Code. (The Town Meeting  
                        Warrant included this article in anticipation of receipt of the citizen’s petition and  
                        no further action is required other than to accept and acknowledge receipt of it.)

8:00                 A. Vote of Board to Place Proposition 2-1/2 Override Ballot Question on the May  
                        16th Town Election Ballot in the amount of $220,485 to Complete the Funding of  
                        the Masconomet District Assessment to the Town of Middleton under the  
                        provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 59, Section 21C as follows:

                      “Shall the Town of Middleton be allowed to assess an additional $220,485 for the  
                         purpose of partially funding the Masconomet Regional School District for the  
                         fiscal year beginning July first, two thousand and eleven?             Yes _______     
                         No  _______    “

                        B.  Vote to Place Amount of $6,681,193 or $6,681,193 of Masconomet School  
                         District Assessment on Page 11 of Omnibus Budget under Department #301  
                        “Department Request”

8:15                  Finalize Selectmen’s Recommendations for all Warrant Articles.

8:30                  Discussion of Possible Home Rule Petition to Exclude County Jail Population  
                         Within 2010 Federal Census for Purposes of Exempting Middleton from  
                         Statutory Mandate to Create 3rd Voting Precinct.   
                         
8: 40                Review and Approval of Recommended FY 2011 South Essex District Sewer  
                         Rate of $1.381 HCF (per hundred cubic feet of water) [For Middleton residents  
                         tied into the SESD in the Ferncroft Development Area]
