12 Curtis Avenue (Map 28 Lot 32): Septic System Upgrade: Variance Requests as outlined:
1. 310 CMR 15.450 (1)(a) to allow the reduction of a system location setback to property line from ten feet (10’) to five feet (5’) ;
2. 310 CMR 15.405(1)(b) to allow a reduction in system location setback to a foundation from twenty feet (20’) to six feet (6’);
3. 310 CMR 15.405(1)(b) to allow a reduction in septic tank location setback to a foundation from ten feet (10’) to five feet (5’)

183 Essex Street (Map 10 Lot 25): Septic System Upgrade: Variance Requests as outlined:
1. 310 CMR 15.212 to allow a reduction in the minimum vertical separation distance between the bottom of the soil absorption system and the estimated seasonal high groundwater from four feet (4’) to three feet (3’) in soils with a recorded percolation rate of more than two minutes per inch;
