TOWN OF MIDDLETON PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to MGL, Ch. 40A, §5, the Middleton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on petition of the Middleton Board of Selectmen on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 7:05 PM in the Fuller Meadow School, 143 S Main St, Middleton, MA, to consider amending the Zoning Bylaw by: (1) revising section 4.0 (Dimensional Requirements) by clarifying how the minimum width requirement is measured, adding a new minimum lot width requirement, changing the front yard setback requirement to 25 ft, and making other small clarifications to existing text , (2) revising section 10.0 (Definitions) by adding definitions for the following words: lot lines, (front) lot line, (rear) lot line, and (side) lot line, and (3) by revising section 9.6 (Industrial & Commercial Design Review Committee) by changing the number of alternate members from one to
two. A copy of the text of the proposed bylaw amendments may be inspected at the Planning Board office at 195 North Main St. during regular business hours or on the Town website. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the zoning proposals should appear at the public hearing at the time and place designated.
