Open Meeting:  A regular meeting of the Board of Assessors was held at Memorial Hall on Tuesday,
April 9, 2013.  The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

Those present were Bradford W. Swanson, Michelle C. Branciforte, Kosta E. Prentakis, Patricia A. Ohlson, and Deborah J. Carbone.

Minutes:  Minutes of March 26, 2013 for both the regular meeting and the executive session were reviewed and approved by the Board.

Sign Accepted Abatement Offers:  The following were abated per agreement:

                                  11-24 F       2 Martin Road

                                  18-10 H       9 Zaloga Way

Offers were sent and the accepted as follows:

Denied:  Map 14 Lot 20, 8 Towne Road.  Motion to deny by Kosta Prentakis, seconded by Patricia Ohlson, so voted 3-0.

Motor Vehicle Abatement Report 2011, 2012, 2013:  Motor vehicle abatement applications were approved and signed by the Board.

Denials:  Map 18 Lot 135

New Business:   Turpel tax deferral and Exemption 41C approved by the Board.  

Executive Session:  Motion by Kosta Prentakis to go into Executive Session with the Board of Assessors from Topsfield, seconded by Patricia Ohlson.

Adjourn:  Having no other business to come before the Board, motion was made by Kosta Prentakis, seconded by Patricia Ohlson, to adjourn @ 5:45 p.m., so voted 3-0.
